1. How to sign up for a car subscription with CARIFY

These are the basic requirements to subscribe to a car with us:

• Be a Swiss resident and have a recognized category B driver’s license

  A foreign driver's license is also sufficient as long as it is recognized throughout Switzerland. 

• A green credit check.

Once you have registered with CARIFY, you can:

• Decide on a subscription option (subscription period, monthly mileage, transfer date and any extras).

• Choose whether to pick up the car yourself or have it delivered to your home or workplace for an additional charge of CHF 180 (at the desired time, your car will be ready in our partner garage).

We offer everything from small cars to exclusive sports cars. We may charge a deposit for high-priced vehicles or ask that you commit to a particular insurance package. Furthermore, you must be older than 30 to subscribe to a vehicle with over 350 horsepower.

2. The car delivery

In the booking calendar, you can use the "Availability" filter to see immediately when your car can be ready and registered for you - usually about a week later. You can either pick up the car at the garage yourself or have it delivered to a desired location (in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein). In addition to the 180 CHF fee, we charge the costs for fuel and kilometers.

It is as easy as that to get your Renault or Skoda delivered to your doorstep.

3. What is included in the car subscription

With a car subscription, you can choose an all-around carefree package. With us, you can expect no hidden costs or other surprises as we pride ourselves on full transparency. Find out here what is included in the CARIFY subscription price:

• Registration in Switzerland

• Motor vehicle tax

• 1000 km/month mileage as a standard package without surcharge. Also possible are 750, 1750, 2500 or 3000 km/month. A one-time change to another mileage package is possible once during the subscription.

In addition to driving the car yourself, you can also lend it to other family members or friends - as long as they have a driver's license and are registered in Switzerland. 4. This is how easy it is to return your car

Once you have canceled your subscription, you can either return the car to the garage yourself after it has been thoroughly cleaned inside and out and refueled or choose the pick-up service for CHF 180 (plus fuel + km). All personal belongings must be removed before handing over the car.

What else you should know about a car subscription:

The payments for your car subscription are conveniently made via your credit card.

If you want to decide whether to extend your subscription, then you can opt for our practical Flex package. After the minimum term has expired, your subscription will be extended until you cancel it (14 days' notice).

With the Fix package, you have the guarantee of exclusive use of the booked car during the minimum term. After that, the garage can request the vehicle again - but it doesn't have to. In any case, you will receive a message 30 days in advance when the garage cancels the subscription.
