There were several reasons. On the one hand, certainly to present ourselves as a brand and as a company. Secondly, it is of course a good way to get more vehicles on the road. And finally, it was also decisive for us to give the customer the opportunity and the feeling via a CARIFY car subscription that he can also do a trial period over a longer period of time. One or the other then decides to buy the vehicle through us after the subscription.

Which vehicles do you offer on the CARIFY car subscription?

We really have everything on the CARIFY platform. In the meantime, we also offer new cars, so we really have the complete range (used cars, daily registrations, demonstration cars and new cars) and there are vehicles of every model on CARIFY. There is something for everyone.

What are your tasks as a vehicle dispatcher for a CARIFY car subscription booking?

I receive the booking requests, then I briefly check whether the vehicle is available, if so, I have the car prepared and then take over the redemption together with CARIFY. I have to say, this collaboration works flawlessly and it's fun.

CARIFY has newly introduced the CARIFY Protocol App, what do you think of it?

This is a very good thing. We need the app for a clean inventory of the vehicle before it is handed over and after it is returned. The vehicle is documented from all sides with the app and if there is damage at the end of the term, you can prove 100% whether it is previous damage or new damage. This simplifies the work massively.

Yes, I definitely would. First of all, the uncomplicated way of dealing with the CARIFY team, and then it's just a really nice thing when, for example, you can put a long-timer on the road with a car subscription and then make a good profit and bring the vehicle into the right price range. I would definitely recommend the CARIFY car subscription to other garage owners.
