What happens after the minimum term?: Your subscription is automatically renewed for an additional month under the same terms and conditions. Please note that you must cancel your subscription in advance, at least 14 days before the end of the subscription period, via your account.
Are there any hidden costs?: Apart from the subscription costs, you only pay for fuel, any fines and the insurance deductible in case of an accident.
What do I do when my car needs servicing?: If there's a need for service or maintenance, simply fill out the maintenance request form on the page My Services in your CARIFY Account. For this you will need a picture of the car odometer and of the warning.
In general the service is conducted at the CARIFY partner owner of the car. CARIFY will coordinate your appointment.
What happens in the case of damage?: If you have an damage, you are of course insured! Simply inform us through your CARIFY account under the section Services and Repairs and our team will take care of everything.
