CARIFY rewards can only be redeemed once for one subscription. if you already use the rewards for an extension then you cannot redeem them again for a new subscription
CARIFY Rewards do not expire while you have an active CARIFY subscription. If your subscription ends or ended sometime ago, your rewards accumulated from Jan 1, 2024 onwards are considered and these will remain valid for 12 months from your subscription end date. After this period, any unused rewards will automatically expire and cannot be reinstated or redeemed.
CARIFY Rewards can only be redeemed if your account is in good standing, meaning all payments are up to date, there are no outstanding invoices, unresolved claims, ongoing disputes, or any other account issues that prevent redemption.
CARIFY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Loyalty Program, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.
