If your subscription ends or ended sometime ago, your rewards accumulated from Jan 1, 2024 onwards are considered and these will remain valid for 12 months from your subscription end date. After this period, any unused rewards will automatically expire and cannot be reinstated or redeemed.

What are CARIFY Rewards?
chevron_rightCARIFY Rewards are loyalty rewards earned through eligible CARIFY subscriptions. They can be redeemed towards eligible new subscriptions or qualifying subscription extensions.
How do I redeem my CARIFY Rewards?
chevron_rightChoose a new subscription or extension for a minimum duration of 6 months or more, contact our team before completing your booking, and we'll verify your rewards balance and provide the required coupon code(s).
Can I redeem my rewards if I don't have enough to cover my full monthly payment?
chevron_rightYes. Your available rewards will simply reduce the amount you pay for the eligible subscription month.
Can I redeem rewards when extending my current subscription?
chevron_rightYes. If you are an active customer and you've completed your current minimum subscription period, you can commit to a new minimum duration of 6 months or more and redeem your rewards against your following month's subscription payment.
Can I use the same rewards for both an extension and a new subscription?

When do my rewards expire?
