Kevin, can you introduce yourself and what you are responsible for at Auto Kunz AG?

I am Kevin Baumann and I am responsible for car rental at Auto Kunz AG, a CARIFY partner garage, and for our brand Jac.

How did the AUTOPILOT help you in combating long haulers and what was the advantage of the AUTOPILOT?

The AUTOPILOT was practical because it automatically took over the long-stayers and all you really had to do was check them and that's how we were able to get some on the road. The advantages are that you put the long-timers on the road, when they come back you can write down the price because you still made a small profit and you have space again for new ones that you can buy.

Would you recommend the AUTOPILOT?

We highly recommend the AUTOPILOT because the cars really do come, as the autopilot already says, automatically onto the platform and you only have to check whether the price suits you and whether the vehicle is OK and if not you can delete the vehicle manually and add it again manually. In addition, it gives you an overview of which vehicles are longstanding, in case you don't have a handle on it.
